As the BIM Manager for a major regional grocery expansion program, I led the digital delivery and standardization of a high-volume retail portfolio. By actively integrating terrestrial 3D laser scanning and advanced RPAS (drone) operations into our workflows, I bridged the gap between physical site conditions and our coordinated Revit environments. This reality-capture approach ensured high-precision as-built data, reduced site-visit redundancies, and provided the design team with a highly accurate digital foundation to confidently execute complex renovations across multiple locations.
