As the BIM Manager for a leading global coffeehouse rollout program, I led the digital delivery of a high-volume retail portfolio, drawing heavily on my experience as a Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and drive aggressive deployment schedules. By integrating terrestrial 3D laser scanning into our site assessment workflows, I captured precise existing conditions for highly complex and varied retail footprints. This reality-capture foundation ensured our Revit models strictly adhered to global brand standards, optimized the rapid adaptation of architectural prototypes, and significantly reduced on-site construction conflicts to accelerate fast-paced store openings.
