As the BIM Lead and Intermediate Architectural Technologist for the Conestoga Skilled Trades Campus project at WalterFedy, I managed the comprehensive digital delivery and technical coordination of a state-of-the-art educational facility. Bridging the gap between the field and the design studio, I also served as the primary site surveyor, utilizing advanced drone photography and reality-capture techniques to document complex existing conditions and track construction progress. By seamlessly integrating this high-fidelity aerial and ground data directly into our coordinated Revit workflows, I ensured stringent technical accuracy across multidisciplinary engineering teams, minimized spatial conflicts, and established a highly reliable digital foundation from the initial site survey through to final project delivery.
