As the BIM Manager for a massive industrial warehouse development by a tier-one real estate developer, I spearheaded the digital coordination and technical delivery of a large-footprint logistics facility. I established rigorous Revit standards to manage the complex integration of expansive structural steel frameworks, precast envelope systems, and intricate MEP routing, utilizing advanced clash detection to mitigate costly on-site errors. By bridging these heavy-duty engineering requirements with precise architectural detailing—and integrating aerial RPAS (drone) data for ongoing site logistics and progress monitoring—I ensured the efficient delivery of a high-performance industrial asset optimized for modern supply chain operations.
