As the Project Manager for a major quick-service restaurant (QSR) modernization and rollout program, I managed the end-to-end delivery of fast-paced interior retrofits and new-build drive-thru locations. I coordinated closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, franchise operators, and municipal authorities to adapt the brand's distinct architectural prototype to a variety of unique site constraints. By actively driving aggressive project schedules and resolving complex logistical challenges—including drive-thru queue optimization and specialized kitchen equipment integration. I ensured seamless execution, strict brand compliance, and on-time store launches.
