As the BIM Manager for a prominent commercial real estate developer, I directed the digital strategy and multi-disciplinary model coordination for a large-scale retail plaza development. Navigating the complexities of expansive site servicing and multi-tenant architectural requirements, I established centralized Revit standards to ensure rigorous clash detection across civil, structural, and MEP engineering models. To enhance project visibility and field coordination, I integrated RPAS (drone) photography and videography into our workflows, capturing high-fidelity aerial data for progress monitoring, site logistics, and stakeholder reporting. By bridging this comprehensive aerial documentation with a highly accurate coordinated BIM environment, I optimized construction sequencing, reduced field conflicts, and streamlined future individual tenant fit-outs.
