As the Project Manager for a major fast-casual dining rollout program, I directed the end-to-end delivery of numerous new-build and renovation projects across multiple locations. I was responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams, managing aggressive project schedules, and navigating complex municipal permitting processes to ensure timely store openings. By acting as the primary point of contact between the corporate client, external consultants, and contractors, I successfully maintained strict adherence to established brand standards while keeping projects on budget and mitigating risks throughout the construction lifecycle.
