As the Project Manager for a globally recognized quick-service restaurant (QSR) program, I oversaw the regional rollout and adaptation of their newest architectural prototype across diverse locations, including freestanding drive-thru builds and complex inline retrofits. I directed the end-to-end design coordination process, aligning external engineering consultants, municipal authorities, and corporate stakeholders to meet aggressive delivery schedules. By streamlining the prototype adaptation process, I ensured strict adherence to global brand identity standards while optimizing site-specific layouts for operational efficiency and accelerated construction turnaround.
