Role: BIM MANAGER (PRIME - ARCHITECTURE) + GEOSPATIAL + DRONE
As the BIM Manager for an international specialty food and retail brand, I led the digital strategy and Revit standardization for a fast-paced rollout of combined production and retail facilities. I integrated terrestrial 3D laser scanning to capture precise existing conditions and complex mechanical equipment layouts, ensuring the seamless integration of specialized production lines within our coordinated models. By also leveraging RPAS (drone) technology for aerial site analysis and progress monitoring, I established a comprehensive data foundation that bridged the gap between field conditions and design, significantly reducing construction conflicts and accelerating the delivery of high-volume locations.
