As the BIM Manager for a national quick-service restaurant (QSR) program, I spearheaded the digital delivery and Revit standardization for a fast-paced, high-volume rollout of new builds and renovations. By leveraging terrestrial 3D laser scanning and RPAS (drone) operations, I efficiently captured precise existing site conditions, including complex exterior logistics like drive-thru routing and utility locations. Integrating this reality-capture data directly into our design workflows ensured strict adherence to corporate brand standards, accelerated turnaround times, and minimized coordination errors across dozens of individual franchise locations.
