As the Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, and Intermediate Architectural Technologist for an institutional facility renovation, I managed the project from detailed design through construction closeout. On the technical front, I developed comprehensive construction documents, focusing on critical building envelope detailing for a full-scale window replacement and ensuring interior washroom upgrades met stringent accessibility and plumbing codes. Transitioning into the construction phase, I spearheaded the contract administration—meticulously processing RFIs, reviewing architectural shop drawings, and conducting field reviews—while coordinating logistics with the general contractor and facility stakeholders to ensure the upgrades were executed with minimal disruption to the educational environment.
