As the Project Manager for a premier national cinema and entertainment program, I directed the complex design and delivery of large-scale multiplex venues and specialized theater retrofits. To mitigate risk and handle the intricacies of massive, multi-level footprints, I integrated terrestrial 3D laser scanning into our site assessment workflow, capturing precise structural and spatial data of existing conditions. This reality-capture foundation enabled highly accurate coordination among architectural teams, acoustic consultants, and AV integration specialists for complex elements like stadium seating and specialized projection environments. By meticulously managing these comprehensive schedules and navigating intricate landlord-tenant boundaries, I successfully delivered immersive entertainment destinations that strictly aligned with the brand’s rigorous technical standards.
