As the BIM Lead and Intermediate Architectural Technologist for the QEII Parkade project in Halifax, NS, I directed the comprehensive digital delivery and technical documentation for this critical healthcare infrastructure facility. I established the project's Revit standards and led the clash detection processes, ensuring seamless coordination between the architectural design and the complex structural and civil engineering systems inherent to large-scale parking structures. Concurrently, I developed rigorous construction documents focused on concrete detailing, vehicular circulation flow, and strict life-safety egress codes. By maintaining a highly accurate and coordinated BIM environment, I mitigated on-site risks and ensured the structural integrity and operational efficiency of the final build.
